OK... Sprint just called me to inform me that my off network roaming is exceeding their protocols.
The fact that their antennas/signal does not reach my office has nothing to do with it. According to the lady I spoke with.
She offered me an early termination fee waiver if I want to leave Sprint and port my number somewhere else.
If you ask me this is not how you retain customers... Especially customers that have been with sprint for almost 20 years and was with the company that became Sprint before that. I have been a long term loyal customer and have 3 active lines and have had as many as four at times.
Secondly... I was just told that my plan is no longer an unlimited internet plan and that I am capped at 5GB of data. If you ask me... That is a bunch of bullshit. ATT and Verizon grandfathered their loyal customers on unlimited plans. I can't believe Sprint is doing this.
This is disappointing at best and potentially a stupid move in my humble opinion. I suggest you all check your bills and contact Sprint with your concerns and complaints.
Bad move Sprint.
Look for my tweets #badmovesprint and blog and posts on all the sites I currently participate on. This will not go unnoticed.
This is bullshit.

Hmmmm, this really makes me wonder what's going on with them. I'm currently in an everything messaging plan with 6 lines and was looking to switch to an everything data plan so everyone could get smartphones however I'll be looking to see what other options are out there with ATT & VZW. Sprints CS seems to be lacking of late too, which royally sucks cuz that was one thing that put them hands and feet above others. I'll be keeping an eye on my bills to see if they're pulling bs with me now...
ReplyDeleteCorrection.
ReplyDeleteApparently this was an uninformed individual and did not know what she was talking about. I have contacted Sprint and everything is back to normal.

Good for you bro!
ReplyDeleteThanks... I just really hope this was indeed a misinformed individual and not someone who is looking at upcoming changes and jumping the gun.
ReplyDeleteWe'll see I guess.
